He is thrilled with it. It is so much fun to watch him and his cousin ( the 2 superheroes Ironman and Spiderman ) make their plans without being able to see each other. The range on these walkie talkies is quite far, 1000+ feet. The only problem is that the kids have to remember what button to press to talk and what button to not press to listen ( or whatever ). It seems that they both have the need to talk at the same time all the time! Anyway, Nerf makes a great product and I know this toy will be around for a while. They'll probably use them in school( when they start ) to reek havoc on the playground!
